Are you looking for dog training in Lytchett Matravers and surrounding areas? Then you have come to the right place. I am an experienced and qualified dog trainer and specialise in some of the key training issues owners have with their dogs.
I believe that from the age of 12 weeks puppy and dog training should be done in a outdoor setting. That is the place you walk your dog and have the training issues. I could have a warm village hall in Lytchett Matravers, where is it fairly easy to teach the dog what to do. However, that would not teach you how to manage the techniques in a live environment.
Muttley Solutions has access to a live environment locally where we can do dog training in Lytchett Matravers. You will learn the techniques whilst dealing with a dog who is distracted. You will learn the relief of getting your dog back on the recall on a wet winter day when they are having great fun!!
Recall issues in Lytchett Matravers?
Does your dog ignore you when they are called back? Then you have recall issues which is a very common dog training issue. The dog quickly learns to ignore you and actually rewards itself for doing this. Muttley Solutions can help you
Lead pulling issues in Lytchett Matravers?
Who takes who for a walk. If you find yourself being pulled along by your dog then you have lead pulling issues. Would it not be nicer if your dog walked on a loose lead and was checking in with you? With the right techniques you can have a dog walking by your side, not pulling you along.
The best time to get me involved with your puppy training is before you bring them home. This will mean you are doing it the right way from day one and not teaching bad habits. If you have commenced traditional group puppy training classes and are feeling lost and not sure what happening I can help. One to one puppy training with Muttley Solutions means you don’t have to have weekly training sessions. You have them when you need them. Up until 12 weeks we will use your location. After that I like to train in a live environment as this mirrors reality. Contact us for more information.
Dog training in Lytchett Matravers
If you have a dog who has recall issues, pulls on the lead then with the right techniques we can turn this around. If your dog is demanding then I will teach you how to give your dog boundaries. I have a training field which we can practice these techniques so that they mirror when you go out on your walks. This gives you the confidence to be proactive and make the right decisions for you and your dog. The purpose is to make dog training fun for both of you.
Pet Gun Dog Training
Many customers have one of the gun dog breeds as a pet with no intention of working them. Failure to meet your dog’d natural breed traits can lead to behaviour issues. If you live in Lytchett Matravers and have one of these breeds then I can help you to challenge the breed and teach you gun dog techniques. I specialise working with these breeds and can review and advise the best approach.
